Vegan breakfast

Vegan Pumpkin Cream Cheese on Ezekiel toast with a banana, peanut butter, and spinach smoothie!

Vegan pumpkin cream cheese:

1/2 container of Tofutti Cream

1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix until well blended.

Toast up your Ezekiel Bread or a bagel, and top it off.


1 banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 handful of spinach

6 ice cubes

1 tsp agave nectar

1 cup water

Blend and serve!


Vegan Pumpkin Protein Smoothie





This is the perfect fall small meal

3/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nut meg

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder ( I use rice protein good vegan option)

1 tbsp agave nectar

1/2 cup water

6 ice cups

Blend in Blender until smoothie consistency
